How can it be clear when a judge of the Federal Court says of ASX's SOR " I accept that the evidence before the Court shows a serious question to be tried in respect of the accuracy of particular findings made by ASX as detailed in its statement of reasons.".
So are you saying the Federal Court is also complicit with the company in what you say is "pretty clear what transpired" how come is it clear to you and some other posters on this forum but not the Federal Court or ASX who have found no evidence to back up what they claim may have occured.
