It will be interesting to see whether ASX allow ISX to publish their latest correspondence to ISX shareholders [the request to publish appears to have been denied to date by ASX to view the ISX communication on ASX's own platform via/on the ISX's announcements 'page'].
ASX need to take care they are not now, or in the future, perceived to be acting 'arrogantly' or unfairly prejudicing ISX. The Federal Court will examine and rule on ASX's actions to date against ISX at some time later this year..
Unfortunately what some have witnessed and/have evidenced --- preceding the ISX matter --- is the ASX's treatment of other companies ASX [can't name the examples but they are freely found via a google search] - companies which others then and since have deemed that ASX had 'in their sight' for agendas ASX have not strictly or equitably enforced on/or for all ASX listed companies .
There are also many ASX companies I could 'name' - [NOT ISX] - companies who first listed with the ASX in 2018 and 2019 and these newly listed companies have operated in the past 18 months past/post initial capital raising---and these newly listed companies have not and do not provide quarterly reports. Some have not provided prior warning to ASX or to investors via ASX's platform re their use/intended use of capital raising/early investor IPO funds.
Anyway...if I say more this post will be deleted.
Best wishes fellow holders. Hopefully the future Federal Court hearing will clear up [or provide guidance and/or an equitable precedence for matters raised by ISX and ISX shareholders]. ASX are obviously not concerned with an expedient outcome to protect ISX or its shareholders. NSX/ISX and Clearpay's evolution will not 'endear' ASX to ISX.
Grammar note for any remaining nitpickers:
'single parenthesis' - not a direct quote. Opinion or paraphrase or opinion only.
Originally agenda was the plural of agendum, meaning 'a thing to be done'. However, it became applied to a list of things to be done, and in this, the most usual modern sense, it has become firmly singular, with the plural agendas.
