Richard Cottee doesn't get it, ... like he said about the market, not getting Central petroleum.
He doesn't get it that long term holders paid up to 6 times what he is organising the take over price at 20c from macquarie bank, and now he is saying, the company can not work in share holders' interests..
This person has taken our company, given to him by the previous board, and will be giving it away to a predator, while all the while ensuring his employment and income, instead of fighting for share holders and success of Central Petroleum.
B.oody disgusting actions by Cottee, doesn't matter what is said in their .loody reports explaining fors and againsts for SOA, ... the bottom line is we have BOD and management about to rip off share holders, simple as that.
ASIC is aware, so hope they can find something illegal about the deal.
