The proposition by our directors to the current shareholders (owners) of the Company is this: Unless you agree to our terms, we will steal the Company's intelluctual property (knowledge of current negotiations with pharmacutical companies) and do the Company enormous damage(in our view). This is conspiracy to steal and a criminal offence. It should not be countenanced.
Bear in mind also that these directors agreed to the proposed issue of 5% of the Company's capital to Jones and his cronies, free. For this reason alone they must go.
