I find the following to be an outlandish statement as made in the release to the ASX. One could just about class this as a threat to try and destroy the company IMO.

Shareholders deserve better than this sort of tripe. AGMs/EGMs are there as not only for directors to get their hands on remuneration packages ets but also for the purposes of re-election IMO. If somebody wishes to stand against the Board either in part or in whole then it is up to the shareholders to vote and make their decision.

Once again, poorly released document. If the Board is so good at their job then they should have no problem with getting re-elected without these sort of threats to shareholders.

Talk about picking up your bat and ball and going home if you do not like the outcome of the AGM. Shareholders deserve better than this IMO.

"The Board of Directors wishes to express very clearly to shareholders that all existing directors would find it untenable to work alongside any of the proposed directors and that should any of the proposed directors be voted into place, each and every existing non-executive director will resign with immediate effect."
