As an accountant that just finished and lodging the accounts today of a AFS entity, I can say that the absolute minimal disclosure requirements are fulfilled in this report, yet more hiding and secretiveness from LCY, what's new. Where is the independent directors that are running the remuneration commitee to determine directors remuneration ( ASX suggestion but advisable, yet another case of sticking to the bare minimum) ?

I can't believe anyone there is on 250k plus what the???? Two known cause of the GFC, poor risk management and excessive remuneration, looks like this company has learnt nothing cause these wages are insane.
Someone please tape the AGM.
