I think all they are doing is covering off their legal obligation with asx.

Imo this will get voted down.. Or at least I am hoping that it does..

Can someone please clarify if this would earn 1 strike for the directors.. Or would the remuneration resolution also need to be voted down to action this..?

I would like to see a strike applied for no other reason but to remind these directors of their responsibilities to all shareholders and maybe then they will think carefully about how they approach the next set of remuneration and performance pay structures..
