So if the project is dead then why would the three proposed directors want to take up their new position if they got elected?
Further, why would the 9.5% want to continue to hold their shares. They themselves state that the project has postential. It is a risk that every current investors is willing to take..

Btw. Delays are ok if they are ticking boxes..
