Please, Please, Please, if you haven't done so already. Vote. If you have already voted - then follow up with Computershare to make sure they have your votes.
I can assure you work is happening behind the scenes and this "postponement" is being challenged with ASIC.
ASIC may reverse the decision. There is hope.
Keep voting. This could all be a ploy by management to try and stop people from voting.
If anything, let's send a loud message to these guys that enough is enough and we demand change.
The 20-068MR only mentions AGMs on ASICS website. I'm sure Director Bennett (Preempt) and ASEAN are working on challenging these guys.
