letter written in a vacuum

How is it Holy can drag his tired bones in from the field, or across the sands to his cottage after a long day hauling his nets, and STILL write to us from Jamaica in crazily crafted phrases, which when read between the smoke hazed lines we recognise as the truth, as words of long life experiences laid bare?

Today we all received a letter, (hopefully even Holy himself, if he visited the local internet cafe), and some of us were insulted by it....the resignation shown in this letter was not of this world.

It was a woeful expression from a small group, entrusted as Stumpy has said, as Custodians of the resource we have taken a share in, a resource many of us have taken considerable time to understand. A resource that many of us have become familiar with in it's difficulties to realise.

The promise of this resource, and the growing urgency to get BACK TO WORK on achieving that promise, (or hand it over to someone with the balls and the smarts, who take their responsibility to shareholders SERIOUSLY), is not lost on US.

Particularly as we KNEW for a long time that the landscape would change, as it has now done!!!!

Did you vote absentee from the Bahama's?

There has been a significant change on the climate. It is in OUR interests, as well as the state's and the nations to get back out there and be pro-active, SHOW us WHY we should leave you in situ in positions of responsibility for our stake in this company METGASCO.

Consider for one moment that not all that you withhold is unknown to us, that you have had choices to exercise, and either chose not to...or made seriously flawed decisions...for which at the earliest opportunity, conscionable business people would make themselves accountable.

Criminal negligence springs to mind .... but I'm sure I am wrong.

It must just be the withdrawing of the weak and the incompetent, in the face of some headwinds.

Time and time again we looked to you for leadership...how much time do you reckon you have left?
