Hi HS,

Sorry for being late in replying to your post. Too busy with having to hand feed cattle amongst other things, and there are not enough hours on the day at times.

I agree 100% with all of what you have said mate. Lets see how many others there are out there willing to follow the route of your suggestions.

They do really need a good wake up call let me tell you and, if they won't get it, then we will all have to blame ourselves for whatever will happen at a later stage.

A good strong leveraging point is always the Remuneration Report and we should make use of that tool which has been handed over to us by the Federal Government, more often than not.

After all, the benefits and gains of the Board and Executive of a Company's, should always be aligned with the shareholder benefits and gains as well, not just all moving along in the one direction.

Lets hope that the usual apathy which is very prevalent most of the times, will not prevail once more this time around.
