very detailed and not happy with the freebies that management are asking for with out performance based criteria being set. Which i think is fair enough as well. There should be certain goals the management have to achieve before getting their options. ie : achieve certain sp tagrets by a certain date. Goes on to say where the SP should be and that it will retract over xmas because no news is due. Also how bad the timing was for the last drill ing announcement etc etc etc.
