    Or the other reason is you have been screwed around so much by those who could not give a Rats Ass about share holders how your faith and support has come to absolutely nothing in a couple of decades, fed a line of crap by smart Ass solicitors with threatening letters that its like a drowning man grasping at straws,IMO sell to the highest bidder and just end it all.
