Thanks for the info about the upcoming letter from GEM that I assume will contain its formal offer and acceptance form.

The next big question is: Does anybody know the date on which the *cash* from GEM wil be sent to beleagured and battered KIM punters who sign over their KIM shares?

That date (if available) would come in handy for forward financial planning in these days of higher interest rates and higher share market volatility.
