A few Opes clients I know who were poitive as at March 27th but had slipped into owing money as at October 15th have been sent letters of demand by ANZ's reciever. I cant believe ANZ have done it.
A poor bloke who had his life savings of two hundred thousand in Opes when they knicked his stock and sold it but was down a hundred thousand on paper 6 months after it was sold is about to have ANZ try and take his house.
Thats not right on any level. ASIC where are you.
