Only 60 default notices were sent to Opes from 900 accounts according to FH
This is a screw up in legal communication of gigantic proportions
223 clients were sent letters.......... excluding the "opes 6" that is 217 clients that went from positive equity to negative
Again excluding the Opes 6 ..who i am guessing owe cica $200m using the artiface of non closeout ..would mean roughly $58m is being sought from the above 217 innocent clients
Only 60 default notices were sent to Opes from 900 accounts...
