I disagree. ASIC aren't covering anything up, but they aren't going to waste their internal legal resources on every vexatious letter that they receive. For all the effort you've put into this, you could have spent a few quid on your own legal advise many moons ago. I still believe you are wrong with respect to the NAIF loan, and neither of us have any legal advice to backup our opinion on the matter, but I believe you're the one who is in the position to prove your claim.
