@tubbyguts, as @orangegummybr has pointed out to you the amount invested is not particularly relevant to my Report of Misconduct to ASIC and the proposition that the Takeovers Panel review the takeover.

What I saw as the BLATANT MISCONDUCT involved in the Skip Capital takeover proposal motivated me in 2022.

What I again saw as BLATANT MISCONDUCT in the Kidston/Craven/Seshimo and J - Power takeover, (although more subtle and devious and hence even more challenging for ASIC to provide the legal and financial expertise to assess), was again my motivation in 2024.

As the saying goes:- follow the money. Seems those three words are particularly applicable to this takeover "deal".
