    Just in the interest of keeping everyone up to date. The property tenanted by Monash Capital at level 1, 103 Lonsdale St (Melbourne) is now up for lease, listed a couple of days ago.

    Neil Youren is the name behind Monash Capital who also has an interest in "Affordable Housing Solutions" which claims to also run out of the same office.

    Perhaps it doesn't mean anything for ESI but just thought we should all know of these developments. There seems to have been a lot of focus on Monash and the whereabouts of funding. One now gets the impression ESI are moving forward irrespective of the Monash outcome.
