suleyman...yep ..spot on! points 1-4 you mention are exactly where it is all at right now for MEO, this is what they will be working on right now. its just a waiting game now re the drill of Artimis, and there is now alot of work to do in the other areas you mentioned.
imo MEO will make some kind of major announcement re JV or similar re tassie shoals PRIOR to artimus spud in order to minimise the potential downside risk if it is a duster, this will put support behind the SP leading into spud..
..as you have said..the question is what could this be?, and this definitley warrents further thought and discussion.My bet is whatever further developments arise in ther next couple of months,..it will involve Petrobras.
