One big, glaring problem we have is that we have an incompetent chairman in Stu Crowe. Not only did he force Promnitz out, but he did it very badly, and the fallout was, as we all know, not very nice.
He was also the one that did the MOU with Ford and made a big announcement. It was an absolutely unnecessary pump, and caused more damage than good.
I want to see him resign and just stay away from Lake as much as possible. I think that we, as SH's, should put together a petition, collect signatures and submit it to the BOD at the next AGM, demanding his resignation. Would it have any realistic effect? Who knows. At the very least, we will have made some noise.
