actually, on reflection i don't believe in death (for this company)... as per my post #: 6365498 i believe Tincom would mop up on a downside scenario.
the most common reason for a takeover is because the predator thinks they can do a better job than the prey
quite...
it would be too messy to mop up if things really went south
what a shame, what a great technology in the wrong hands
still, whatever the scenario, i see upside one way or other from here
