So what is everyone take on some of the BPT thread talk. (ie) ADE having 10% of a lot smaller resource than some have been discussing and the lower than expected leverage of ADE to this potential shale resource ? also 6ULDV8 you say that buyers at current prices may be looking at 20x bagger and us at 40x given our purchase prices, but even on basis of 20x that puts the share price at $2.80 which may seem much more than we can expect now given autosime's analysis on how much ADE actually have of this 200tcf trough. So has that expectation of potential upside form the shale changed materially now from 20x curent share price to say 5x as suggested by Autosime ?
and also, is it better as auto suggests that it is better to load up on BPT than ADE ?
I am not going cold on this at all but on the face of it if BPT holds 90% of a larger pie and ADE holds 10% of a smaller pie and BPT has a lot of upside even without the shale then BPT may be the better option. I was in ADE as I could accumulate a much larger holding that potentially had larger leverage factor to the shale. AND....I refer back to the shale presentation of several months ago pre-encounter when ADE management suggested that ADE has a significantly greater leverage to the shale....so i not sure which is right here. I get auto's comments and totally agree with them but all the way along people here as well as the ADE shale presentations have suggested that even after the farm-out the leverage factor for ADE is better. Any responses on this would be great.
