Have a look into Paul McNally and how he came about becoming a director for AUL and now WRM director post merger.
He doesn't actually have any mining experience - he came about due to his a) large shareholding of AUL and b) other major shareholders he's connected with who wanted to be represented by him on the board.
For this reason I think they will be represented on the WRM board in the above capacity post merger - whether they choose this opportunity to dump or reduce position size given the increased liquidity, I agree that only time will tell, but they will have points of contact with WRM board in that capacity. Plus Matt Gill being ex Austar Director is a comforting thought, alongside Crescat being a major shareholder in each company with WRM Geology Advisor Quinton Hennigh also being Crescat capitals Geology advisor.
They are married as nicely as one could hope before-merger.
