re: company updates Emailed TOX & asked them when they would be updating on their activities now that the ASX only require quarterly reporting .....this was the email response I received just now below.....

Reference is made to your e-mail re company updates for Tox Free.

The ASX had Tox on monthly reporting until it showed a positve cash flow turn around. The ASX are satisfied that the company does not need to report monthly, however we do need to report quarterly.

We are very happy with the progress Tox has made in a relatively short time frame, and we are also aware that we need to keep this momentum going. The company is assessing many opportunities at present, and we will certainly be advising the market of any updates as they occur.

We are totally supportive of keeping the market as fully informed as possible.
