Has anyone found a source of lending which makes leveraging blue chip shares in SMSF's worthwhile?
Lets assume we all know the leveraging rules for SMSFs. If not look them up.
The banks (eg NAB Super Leverage) have products to enable leverage but with an interest rate of about 7.5% its hardly worth the hassle.
