You are exactly right, parties don't want the inevitable breakout, that's good for the Long-termers we find pullbacks tasty.
In this new market place we are are going to see these upsn'downs just take for example SYR.
MRF owns its dirt and can start pulling it up quickly. Nice volume yesterday and I think at some point the re-evaluation will continue. I don't think the market is waiting for more news though it is coming soon. I think it just takes time to get the gang together.
