-This is nothing but a fantasy but- Intec which owns the Hellyer mill has a market cap. of 98m, they also own 24% of BSM, if say AGM made a take- over play for Intec (AGM 78M cash in bank), they would gain control of the mill plus Intec's new technology plus 24% of BSM plus they would be able to mill Melba as the rail goes right by both mill and deposit plus they would be able to gain a controling interest in BSM by gaining 27% more shares in the company. To pull this of they would have to free up a very experienced executive... ??? no doubt this is just a fantasy!
