My thoughts would be to accumulate, I think the mortgage market is still bullish and the increase to IR will only add to NIM.
Tighter controls on credit as a hawkish measure will only see applicants flow from the Big-four to NBFIs meaning growth for LFG.
Overall pretty positve for '22 unless there's another facet that I'm missing, but hasn't been reflective in SP.
