We'll see what ensues in August. I doubt if they'd be sitting around twiddling thumbs, given the scope of stated plans. I doubt very much if the NT govt have talked it up and provided support for AEV to be slackers at this point. Give them a call to see where they're at with progress - no point being pessimistic.
