I shall remain optimistic for the time being. Sean Buxton was bought onboard to get the mine set up and ready for production; before he came along, who was handling all of that?. It seems as though no-one with sufficient experience in that field was steering that ship. Since then, we've seen a payment made to traditional owners, mining licenses granted and now the application with the govt for a road to service the mine. Things are happening, and I suspect there is a certain degree of discipline being applied to the process, rather than ad hoc targets and optimistic announcements being thrown out to please shareholders. Sometime soon, a substantial announcement will hit the market and it will be game on.

my view of the road access notice was that it was tidying things up before issuing mine management plan.
