my guess would be that back in late 22 when we got the update on the DSO it all looked good to progress with this Malaysian mob, evidently in the first half of 23 something has happened with them and avenira have had to go back to the drawing board which has slowed the whole process down.
looks like now we are dealing with hebang and others, but they aren't in so much of a hurry to get of the ground as their interest is more around yellow phosphorus (eg recent company messaging). However at some stage if you are going to have a yellow phosphate plant you will need a DSO operation.
