I agree but there is some history with GR Engineering and I suspect a damaged bridge or two as a result. So Bechtel it is...and if they are managed correctly by AEV they will deliver a well sized, well scoped study. It all depends on who at AEV is holding the reins to the Bechtel work parcel as AEV did announce some time agao they were using a project manager for something so maybe that person can be deployed, if not all ready, to stay on top of the Bechtel gig...
