There is possibly one shareholder at least, maybe two, or more that actually prefer Brett Clark being in both the role of Chairman and Chieve Executive Officer and not delivering for eityher role as those shareholders aren't in the business of phosphate but are in the business of gold. Those two potentials hold the majority of ords in AEV and one of them holds a very lucrative debt facviloity with the phopshate tenements being the security with that facility being currently used to its maximum.

Overthrow Brett Clark and you might have a greater problem than just Board non-performance at this point.
