Sounds like they are backing themselves to beat Lithium Australia (LIT) and the Queensland government - who are also looking to build an 'integrated' LFP pilot plant to be located in Queensland (although their definition of integrated probably doesn't include producing their own phosphate inputs).

AEV are looking to do a cookie-cutter / replication of an existing Taiwanese plant that Aleees runs (with mechanical construction completed by 2024) whereas LIT are still only at engineering study stage so sounds like AEV are already ahead.

So its AEV / NT Govt vs LIT / QLD Govt - will be interesting to track progress over the coming months.
