If I knew for sure, I would be paying my gold plated learjet pilot to sky-write my shopping list for the day so I could look up before I head into Woolies.

I can't predict the future or human behaviour unfortunately. However, I can say that:
* COB is a pure Cobalt play with teriffic management and fundamentals.
* At $30 per pound Cobalt, the risked NPV of the company is over $1 billion which is significantly higher than $3 per share (current price is over $43 per pound)
* Institutions are about to get involved and I believe off-take and the PFS will provide further boosts to the SP.

I think it is significantly undervalued right now, but might get closer to what it's worth by the end of the year - this is my opinion of course.
