So long story short... there's maybe a 3 month delay in phase 1, which he somehow extrapolates to a 1+ year delay for phase 2. That would have to be absolute worse case scenario surely, not 'best possible scenario' as he claims.
I guess I can see the point in his overall thesis that a MOU isn't that great, HOWEVER if a deal is done and we do get a share in downstream processing profits + offtakes for the remainder of phase 2 that is something to be excited about despite being a couple of years down the track.
