    I think people (including me as an investor) don't have real clarity around the balance sheet (and cash flows) after the recent transactions. I wish they would issue something to clarify this.

    I had to do a lot of work myself to try and figure it out, and i'm not confident. From memory, Macquarie's view was that they didn't have the capital to progress the development pipeline they have.
