Your questions are good ones, and would you believe I have been asking myself the same questions for a long time and there is no logical explanations here, been following LGL for along time too and in and out many times making and losing money.......long term am still a believer that is why I am still following this sucker.......but now I have stopped asking myself these questions, as I trade this stock on sentiment and momentum.
This sucker is going up big time one day when everyone sh....t themselves.....when inflation finally bites and USD becomes PESO and POG hit 1500+ and maybe when other companies make a bid for LGL........it is a matter of time, so I am waiting and watching still.........GOLD is supposed to be safe spot when the world is in trouble but if you remember at the peak of the crisis GOLD actually came down and remember LGL got smashed to 1.52 instead of going up, sure people say they had to sell gold at that time to raise cash......logical explanation.......but there seemed to be always some justification for anything....some say there is conspiracy by central banks around the world to keep POG low....hell.....but the reality is this......GOLD is not going up YET.....LGL is not going up yet.......so I would rather look and listen to market action then paying any attention to so called GOLD experts......inflation is not even here yet.....when oil goes back up to 100+ I would start to worry.....in the meantime just trying to listen and understand what the market is telling me about LGL............
