SYDNEY, June 9 (Reuters) -
Asian stocks are expected to fall on Monday, after a broad sell-off on Wall Street following
Friday's record one-day gain for oil, and a jump in unemployment. The Dow Jones industrial average .DJI had its worst one-day fall in 15 months, down 3.1 percent, on renewed fears the U.S. economy would slip into stagflation, and investors ran to the safety of government bonds from stocks. [.N] The U.S. dollar fell on Friday's jobs data, as prospects faded of the Federal Reserve raising interest rates by the end of the year. [USD/] Asian stocks listed on Wall Street .BKAS fell 3.5 percent, while the MSCI's measure of Asia Pacific stocks excluding Japan .MSCIAPJ rose 0.8 percent on Friday.
