    If you are feeling pain holding a stock and are thinkking of selling so is the whole market.
    Thats why when you sell, the stock shoots up because you and a heap of others jump ship around that time . Everyone is feeling the same pain.
    If you dont use a tight stop you should hold just a little longer through the your pain threshold
    Make pain your friend
