The advantage of owning a share over physical gols are as follows.
Gold stays the same ammount where a gold company can double its gold resorces with a significant find.
A gold company can also increase its production giving greater profits.
A gold company may become a takeover target giving an instant premium.
Its not all positive companies have risks but imo they are outweighed by the positives.
