This change by the UN was a big catalyst - and will make it easier for cannabis companies to grow.
In Australia this might end the need to have a TGA pathway for an unapproved drug and be able to have medical cannabis listed on the ARTG and subject to normal prescribing criteria. That means Drs will be able to prescribe without the need for TGA approval, all the reporting criteria that is now mandatory in peescribing cannabis here.
