TON and other graphite explorer outside Sri Lanka are exploring low quality Flake graphite ground
low quality not by size or TGC % in ground .
low quality in its origin measured by heating to melting point ,
TON graphite will melt at about 900c or less , why ? the crystalline structure is imperfect ,
even though you read everywhere its high crystalline , its not
SL Vein graphite melts at about 3500C the crystalline structure and the stacking of individual layers is way more consistent with a much higher ABC stacking % wise ,
i regard SL Vein as Epigenetic and Precambrian in origin where the rest of the world graphite is very young, disseminated and imperfect , TON is mainly Needle not even flakes
and all is of low economic future value .
