    Fcorp appears to have carried out unauthorised trading in Australia, Germany and the UK. I think all the warnings were issued in 2019. That is after the performance shares were issued in 2018.

    Options/CFDs/FX was 11% of the March quarter 2020 revenue.

    I have no idea how much revenue is from Fcorp, but it may be time for ISX to cut all links to Fcorp.
