I'm no lawyer however publishing lines like the following surely set one up for some legal action?

"Imagine the discount had they considered that iSignthis became an international money-laundering colony!"

"a business we now know was a payments platform for the criminal underworld."

Unless ISX has been prosecuted by ASIC or found guilty in a court of law the above are extrapolations from accusations in the ASX report. Does he hide under the weak umbrella of his work being "opinion" pieces? Regardless of how you feel about ISX, the above is dangerous journalism. Let him rip into them if they are found guilty of such offences, but in the meantime they must have their time with the law and the regulator.
