Colster, IMHO we're presently on a PE of about 50. We need to get earnings up around $150m or about 2.5 times higher than it is; bring our PE down to a less speculative 30, and on the 1 billion shares issued we've got a $4.50 price per share plus, say, 50 cent to $1 premium for a takeover and boom...we get offered $5.00 to $5.50 per share.

Simplistic.....any other opinions?
