Rare earths (esp Neodymium) have potential as used in electric motors. Only problem is that gain may be balanced by a drop in demand in other areas if NiMH batteries lose market share (there are varying opinions on that). Still fairly bullish on the whole imo.
ARU, LYC, GGG and ALK(?) are your choices for REEs that i'm aware of.
