the results from kcn, are nothing short of awesome. the company is paying a good dividend, within a year of commencing production. prospect A, hasalready added significantly to resources, with the potential for more. i just had a look at the company presentation (refer to asx site, and kcn reports - pdf ). page 15 shows trenching from the B prospect - drilling of this prospect will, no doubt add to reserves. it is very customary, with mines, to first prove enough reserves, to justify mining them, and then to discover more gold, within the same locality. the best place to find gold, is usually, where gold has already been discovered.
with the gold price recovering, as as the results sink in, then kcn, could be a star performer, on monday
now if only my other cash cow - rsg, could also pay a dividend
