    I'm not comparing against FOB. I'm comparing against the internal China spot price (currently 306,500CYN) which is the price buyers are paying internally against the fastmarkets CIF price. Buyers aren't going to pay more than the internal spot price for external product. If anyone can get a current fastmarkets price, you'll see what I mean as they show both.
